Commercial Maintenance
Keeping shops, offices and small commercial premises running without surprises
Most commercial electrical problems give warning before they become a shutdown. A breaker that trips occasionally, a light that flickers, a socket that runs warm. The trouble is that in a busy business nobody has time to chase them until something actually stops.
Regular maintenance catches those before they cost you a trading day. It also keeps your compliance obligations in order, which is much easier than reconstructing them under pressure.
We look after ongoing maintenance for small commercial premises around Mandurah and Rockingham. You deal with the same person every visit, someone who knows your building, rather than a different subcontractor each time.
What maintenance covers
Scheduled inspections
Regular checks of boards, circuits and fittings to catch faults before they become failures.
Fault repairs
Prompt attention when something does go wrong, from someone already familiar with the site.
Lighting upkeep
Replacing failed fittings and tubes, and upgrading to LED where it makes financial sense.
Test and tag
Portable appliance testing where your industry or insurer requires it.
RCD testing
Periodic testing of residual current devices to confirm they still operate.
Compliance records
Documentation kept up to date so it is there when you need to produce it.
Common questions
Do we need a maintenance contract?
Not necessarily. Some premises suit a scheduled visit, others just want someone reliable to call. We are happy either way, and we will not push you into a contract you do not need.
How quickly can you attend a fault?
We will give you an honest timeframe when you call. Existing maintenance customers get priority, and knowing the site already usually means a quicker diagnosis.
Do you do test and tag?
Yes, where your industry, insurer or site rules require it. Frequency depends on the environment the equipment is used in.
Are you insured for commercial work?
Yes. Fully licensed WA electrical contractor, EC 17486, with public liability insurance.
