Common questions
Why does my safety switch keep tripping?
It is doing its job, which means something on that circuit needs attention. There are a number of possible causes and they are not always obvious from the outside. Proper testing is what identifies it, and guessing tends to cost more than it saves.
What does a call out cost?
Repairs start from $289. You will know what is involved before we start any work, not after.
How soon can you get here?
We will give you the earliest realistic time when you call, and we will not promise one we cannot keep. Faults involving no power or any sign of burning are treated as the priority.
Should we just replace the appliance?
Sometimes that is the answer, and we will tell you if so. Worth confirming before you spend money on a replacement that may not fix anything.
